The first thing you should know about working with us is:

We do not try to make your practice into something it is not. And we would never try to ‘cookie cutter’ mold your practice into someone else’s vision. We have one goal – to help you achieve your goals, for your practice.

Here are answers to some of the questions you may have.

What is a practice management consultant?

Our role is to guide you and your team to successful outcomes by:

  • Understanding your individual practice needs
  • Accurately diagnosing practice challenges
  • Offering practical, effective management solutions

How are we different from your accounting firm?

Yes, like your accounting firm, we help increase your practice profitability. However, we also address and remedy the underlying issues. These include:

  • Team issues
  • Personnel policy issues
  • Patient expectations
  • Work-life balance

How do we help you achieve work-life balance?

We understand what you are juggling as a practice owner. Providing excellent quality dentistry, productivity, profitability, and continual education on procedures, materials, and technology. Not to mention coaching soccer games, playing hockey, and being home for dinner with your family.

At mosaic, we help you balance it all – profitable practice, great team, and fulfilling personal life. Because what good is increasing your revenue, if you can’t enjoy it? Don’t let burnout become your reality.

How do we work with you?

One of the many advantages of working with mosaic is you benefit from the expertise of two consultants.

And unlike some other management services where you may get passed off to a junior consultant, with mosaic you’ll always be working with us, Jody and Linda.

Even better, we can work with you over the phone, via email, video conference, or in- person at your practice – whichever method works best for you!

How much does this cost?

Our fees are based on the services we provide. For example, it works just like a patient treatment plan – there are costs associated with different procedures and it’s the combination of those procedures that equal the total treatment fee.

We’ll work with you to determine which services will best assist you and your team in reaching your goals. That way you’ll only be paying for services that address your specific needs, and nothing more.

Once the total fee is determined, you would pay in monthly installments over the length of time we work together. And the monthly fees typically range between $400 and $3,400, depending on your needs.

Let’s get started by having a conversation. Call us at (773) 294-5675 or email and we’ll schedule a time to discuss.
